Changing my eating plan

又一星期了,我的EATING DISORDER都無乜好轉...磅數比上星期仲要輕, 只得79.8磅。而家真係要一日五餐先得喇, 每一餐中間加個小食, 多數都係幾塊餅咁, 又食下munuka honey 糖, 我想肥dd, 但我唔想係d水呀, 脂肪呀咁。不過, 呢個星期令人安慰既係, 我有番便便喇~~~太令人鼓舞喇!
